Michael Colligan he/him

Based in Philadelphia, PA with occasional zoom co-host Franklin the cockapoo, Michael simplifies the science for how people can work better together.
Michael has influenced leaders in business school, the c-suite, and across Fortune 100 companies. His professional perspective and career in leadership development span several industries and world-class organizations. These include The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Facebook – where Michael integrated DEI into the culture as he built the foundational model and guidance for people management, remote-first learning strategy, and capabilities for collaborating effectively as a dispersed global workforce.
He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Dynamics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business from Drexel University, and multiple certifications including Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360) and Stanford University’s Leverage Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Effectiveness.
